How it is used
Information is used to review your brief, let you securely correct an enquiry, respond, prepare a quote, manage project follow-up and understand which website routes lead to enquiries.
Services involved
The website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Functions and Blobs for lead handling. Google Workspace can support lead records and transactional enquiry emails. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only when analytics are allowed. Meta Pixel loads only when marketing tracking is allowed. YouTube may process data when an embedded video is opened.
Lawful bases
Enquiry details are used to take steps at your request before a contract and for legitimate business interests in responding, quoting and managing projects. Accounting or legal records may be kept where required by law. Optional marketing is used only when you choose it.
Retention and sharing
Private enquiry edit links expire after 48 hours or when a quote is sent. Unbooked enquiry records are normally removed after 12 months. Booked-project, contract and payment records may be kept for up to six years where needed for accounting or legal obligations. Information is not sold and is shared only with service providers or production partners where needed to operate the service.
International processing
Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, Run Da Mic expects the provider to use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and security safeguards.

You can use the site with essential storage only and choose analytics separately from marketing tracking. Change your choice at any time below.

You may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your information where applicable, and you may object to certain uses. Email info.for@rundamicproductions.com with your request.
