Enquiries may include your name, email, optional phone number, company or artist name, project details, budget, dates, deliverables, references and notes. Testimonial submissions include your private contact details, chosen public credit, project name, exact testimonial and the channels you approve.
Enquiry information is used to review your brief, respond, prepare a quote and manage project follow-up. Testimonial information is used to verify your submission, contact you about corrections and publish only the wording, credit and channels you have approved.
The website is hosted on Netlify and uses Netlify Functions and private Blobs storage for enquiry and testimonial handling. Google Workspace can support private records and transactional emails. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity load only when analytics are allowed. Meta Pixel loads only when marketing tracking is allowed. YouTube may process data when an embedded video is opened. Free consultation scheduling is handled on TidyCal after you choose to open the external booking link, and TidyCal’s privacy terms apply while you use its service.
Enquiry details are used to take steps at your request before a contract and for legitimate business interests in responding, quoting and managing projects. Testimonial publication is based on the clear permission you give in the testimonial form, which you may withdraw. Accounting or legal records may be kept where required by law.
Private enquiry edit links expire after 48 hours or when a quote is sent. Unbooked enquiries and unpublished testimonial submissions are normally removed after 12 months when no longer needed. Approved published testimonials may remain in use until withdrawn or no longer relevant. Booked-project, contract and payment records may be kept for up to six years where needed for accounting or legal obligations. Information is not sold and is shared only with service providers or production partners where needed to operate the service.
Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where this happens, Run Da Mic expects the provider to use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism and security safeguards.
