The brief is being reviewed and the production route is still being shaped.
Booking
Booking / Client process
From approved quote to locked production.
A message, call or submitted enquiry starts the conversation. It does not reserve a date. Every confirmed project has a written scope, an acceptance record and a cleared 50% booking deposit.
The scope is agreed, but the production date is not secured until the 50% deposit clears.
Run Da Mic issues written confirmation and moves the project into pre-production.
The project agreement
What gets agreed before work begins.
The accepted quote and the Terms in force on the acceptance date form the project agreement.
Client + project
Client name, project title, main contact and the person authorised to approve the booking.
Scope + delivery
Shoot details, crew, services, deliverables, revisions and target delivery dates.
Fees + usage
Total fee, 50% deposit, balance due date, approved costs and where the final work may be used.
Booking record
Quote version, applicable Terms, written acceptance, cleared 50% deposit and final booking confirmation.
How to confirm
Four clear steps. No grey area.
- 01
Review the final quote, scope, usage and project Terms.
- 02
Accept the quote in writing using its exact reference and version.
- 03
Pay the 50% booking deposit using the invoice reference.
- 04
Wait for written booking confirmation before treating the date as secured.
